Our high temperature stabilizing ovens come in either standard design or can be custom-made to meet your nonlinear crystal growing requirements.
The oven has a built-in or standalone controller which ensures operating temperatures of crystals from a room temperature up to 200ºC.
Thanks to our innovative «Cool Touch» technology the oven has excellent thermal isolation.
Even when the temperature inside the oven reaches 200ºC the oven outer housing remains at ambient temperature.
An innovative temperature controller we use in our ovens is a precision device that operates based on the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control technology to provide accurate temperature control of thermoelectric and resistive heating elements.
We have developed a proprietary algorithm for the controller operation that ensures very small over-regulation not exceeding 0.2ºC at the target temperature of 200ºC.
