The project is based on using the sub-micron Fabry-Perot cavity formed by two parallel semi-transparent mirrors which  the movement is performed using a piezo actuators. While scanning motion control of the movable mirror  is carried out by high-speed controller of the original design. Scanned wavelengths is detected by photodetector array, and general control is performed by human interface device in accordance with original developed scanning procedure.



  • Allowing a wide-range spectral scan acquisition abandon intermediate bandpass filters, replacing them with mathematical calculations.
  • Providing a wide  field of view.
  • Original algorithm of collection and processing  the obtained spectra in which the information previously scanned spectral bandwidths is used for subsequent calculations of the spectra on the spectral overlapping ranges.
